Yes, I acknowledge that it is important stuff but I’m just a casual play, I know those things will get ironed out in time and I’m happy to sit through it while I blow of steam in Halo.
However, what DOES infuriate me is that I don’t know if there is no system to balance teams in social or whether there is and it’s broken, but I am so very consistently getting teammates who have literal dog doo doo in their heads and have no idea how to play the game and no matter how well I play I cannot carry their sorry asses through matches. Some screenshots for proof. Also, I know the most obvious solution is “get in a 4 stack and get a reliable team”.
I don’t have friends on Steam that play consistently enough, let alone play Halo consistently enough. I am very painfully aware of how this can easily fix my situation if it were possible. Thanks for your patience if you read through my rant. I’m seriously about to give this game a break for a bit but please give me a reason to keep playing as a casual player with no friends.
Halo 4 Matchmaking is Ridiculous and Unfair
Microsoft and developer Industries have released a new Halo MCC patch which offers various game improvements, fixes, and additional changes. The September Update for the Master Chief Collection on Xbox One is aimed to address several high-impact bug fixes reported by the Halo community, including regional matchmaking issues, exploit fixes, and quality of life improvements.
If one of your personal issues isn’t addressed in today’s patch, fear not – there’s still more work to be done and more updates to come. Through player feedback we are constantly evolving the offerings in Matchmaking. Below is a list of key improvements being made to playlists based on your direct feedback. These gametypes will be updated in Matchmaking shortly after the patch goes live.
